GIGAVAC, LLC, Santa Barbara, CA - since 2002. Today's expert in high voltage relays, GIGAVAC started operations in their manufacturing facility near Santa Barbara in Carpinteria CA. The management team is made up of former managers from Kilovac who left when Tyco Electronics acquired CII Technologies, the parent company of Kilovac. High voltage vacuum and reed relays are made ISO 9001 approved offshore facilities with final assembly and packaging done in California. GIGAVAC relays are capable of switching 1.5Kv to 70Kv. Not only are GIGAVAC's prices the lowest in the industry, but they build to forecast and they inventory finished goods in their California plant, thereby acting as their own distributor. They build their business based on providing first class service as well as highly competitive prices. NORD-LOCK AB is committed to the manufacturing of a superior securing system designed for bolted joints. Our aim is to provide a secure and safe bolt locking system that is not affected by any kind of vibration or dynamic loads.
The NORD-LOCK bolt securing system is comprised of special cam faced washers that are assembled as washer pairs. These unique washers have been manufactured by NORD-LOCK AB since 1982. Because of rapidly increasing demand for this quality product our manufacturing facility is now dedicated to producing only NORD-LOCK washers.
Our customers can take advantage of our dynamic joint testing laboratory. This facility includes a complete set up for torque-load and vibration testing with adjustable frequency, amplitude and clamping length.

Hermetic Switch began manufacturing reed switches in 1968. Continuous growth and facilities expansion have characterized the past 40 years. Manufacturing moved to our present location in 1976. The physical plant has been expanded three times since that date. The last expansion in 1998 added 15,000 square feet of manufacturing space, including a State-of-the-Art electroplating facility.
Hermetic Switch provides custom switching and sensing solutions. They manufacture reed switches and proximity sensors. These devices complete electrical circuit paths when magnetism is placed in close proximity to the switch or sensor. Their production process is very precise and known for making the most difficult types of switches. They manufacture reed switches small enough to fit inside a heart pacemaker as well as sensors which meet tough military standards for installation on aircraft engines and controls.
